How To Rent A Dumpster
1 - How do I go about renting a dumpster with Drag N Drop Dumpsters?
You can easily go about renting a dumpster with us either through our online booking system or by giving us a call. Our friendly customer service team will guide you through the process and help you select the right dumpster for your needs.
2 - What forms of payment do you accept?
We take and we accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Checks. We unfortunately do not take cash.
3 - What types of waste are not allowed in the dumpsters?
While our dumpsters can handle a wide variety of waste types, we do not accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to motor oil, weapons, tires, asbestos, sealed tanks/drums, chemicals, propane tanks and pesticides.
4 - What happens if I exceed the weight limit of the dumpster?
At Drag N Drop, we believe in fairness and transparency. If your load exceeds the dumpster’s weight limit of 2 tons, the extra charge is $58 per extra tonnage.
5 -Are your services available on weekends?
Yes, However Saturdays only we strive to accommodate to the customers preferred schedule, that’s why we offer renting a dumpster, as well as deliveries and pickups six days a week.
6 - Do I need to be present during the dumpster delivery or pick-up?
No, at Drag N Drop we do not require you to be present at the location of delivery, we do require specific instructions on where you would like your dumpster to be placed.
