1. Cancellation Policy
• Before Delivery: Customers may cancel their dumpster rental up to [24/48] hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund.

• After Delivery: Cancellations made after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Returns and Exchanges
• Unsatisfactory Condition: If the dumpster does not meet your expectations due to cleanliness or condition, please notify us within [24] hours, and we will work to resolve the issue.

3. Late Returns
• A late fee of $10 per day will be charged for each day the dumpster is kept beyond the agreed rental period without prior arrangement. If you anticipate needing the dumpster longer, please contact us to discuss extending your rental.

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 2 business days back to the original payment method.
